About us: IAV Drehteile GmbH

IAV Drehteile was founded as a turnery in Iserlohn. Due to continuous expansion in the area of machining skills and exhausting our extensive capabilities the foundations of the company IAV Drehteile GmbH have been laid and have finally been evolved into its present form.

The construction of a new production facility on a greensward in 1992 transformed the concept of superior industrial manufacturing into action.

The path to be followed was distinct: Steering away from manual production and towards planned and controlled sustainbale quality. Robot-manned insular manufacturing operations and numerous machining options ensure the competitive status of IAV Drehteile GmbH today.

Our team of over 30 dedicated employees carries this longstanding know-how with them straight into the future.

Currently we are partners of the established valve industry in four continents and we work to guarantee that their valves function throughout the world.

Whether dealing with water supply, oil extraction or gas production, our turned parts can be found in the form of spindles, spacers and backseat bushings in several valves and in many other fittings.

Since we produce purely according to your requirements, we attach great importance to coordinating the design with you in order to achieve aesthetic and high-quality products.

High manufacturing accuracy is standard for us and customer orientation is always our top priority.
